For quiet moments just for yourself or in trusted company, our Private Regeneration Rooms offer the ideal place to retreat. These sanctuaries for all the senses are equipped with everything needed for moments of complete relaxation.
Your private oasis is available exclusively on the day of your booking from 10:00 to 19:00 (upon request for 2 to 4 people).

Even without an overnight stay at the BLEIB BERG F.X. Mayr Retreat, you can take a moment just for yourself. Day guests are warmly welcomed at our health-focused Detox Day in Carinthia, Austria, and can enjoy the calming water areas and sauna facilities to restore their energy.
Detox Day Offerings at Our Health Retreat:
- Access to the thermal water areas, relaxation spaces and sauna landscape
- Breakfast according to the Mild Cleansing Diet by Dr. Rauch and Peter Mayr
- Lunch according to the Mild Cleansing Diet by Dr. Rauch and Peter Mayr
- Spa bag including bathrobe and slippers for the duration of your stay
