Yoga in the Mountain

STAY IN THE MOMENT

Deep inside the mountain, yoga becomes an inner journey. Surrounded by silence and stone, we turn our attention inward – to breathing, moving, and simply being.

The healing climate tunnel “Friedrich” in Bad Bleiberg is a place of awe. Its stillness grounds us, its atmosphere opens space – space for our thoughts, our body, our regeneration.

Here, we arrive. Here, we practice. Here, we are.

Our Mind Travels

Our thoughts constantly move – between what was and what is yet to come. It often keeps us from being truly present. How can we pause the mind? Where does presence begin? And how do our thoughts return there? Through mindful movement, conscious breathing, and awareness, balance becomes possible – and the moment becomes ours again.

Let Us Practice Presence

Our body knows only the here and now. It exists in movement or stillness, in effort or deep rest – always present.

It becomes our compass, reminding us how to be. To sense what is. To feel contentment. To simply be.

Yoga & Breath

Yoga connects two dimensions – the physical anatomy of the body and the subtle, unseen energy that moves through it. The link between the two is our breath. It unites body and mind.

With each conscious breath, we step out of routine and arrive in the present moment. Here, on the mat, the mind grows quiet, movements become deeper, and awareness opens new possibilities.

Breathe. Ground. Arrive.

Inside the Mountain

The unique atmosphere of the healing climate tunnel ‘Friedrich’ – its pure air, cool temperature, and gentle humidity – awakens our natural self-healing powers. With every calm inhale and exhale, the breath flows freely, and we experience the present moment in its purest form.

60 Minutes of Yoga Practice

Yoga in the mountain offers a moment of deep awareness and reconnection with the self. The session begins and ends in the mountain pose – a symbol of strength, humility, and endurance. It reminds us to stay anchored in the here and now.

A short warm-up is followed by a dynamic standing sequence, leading into deep relaxation – wrapped in a sleeping bag, warmed by hot-water bottles. This final moment invites reflection and integration. We listen inwardly, letting the experience settle.
