Depending on your medical assessment, you will experience your individual F.X. Mayr program at BLEIB BERG. In the first nutritional stage, you will find elements of the traditional F.X. Mayr diet – reinterpreted with freshly baked chewing trainers made from high-quality regional ingredients, a selection of dairy products, and plant-based alternatives.
With each progressive stage, additional nutrient-rich foods are introduced – gently prepared and easily digestible. Inspired by the gentle cleansing diet according to Dr. Erich Rauch and Peter Mayr, the fourth F.X. Mayr stage at BLEIB BERG features light, intestine-friendly main courses and soups that support regeneration and long-term well-being.
