We kindly ask all guests to arrive by 13:00 at the latest to ensure a smooth start to your BLEIB BERG experience.

Exception for Guests with Full Blood Analysis
If your programme includes a full blood panel, please note the following blood collection times:
– Monday: fasting, between 08:00 and 09:00
– Wednesday: between 09:00 and 11:00

Your Start in the BLEIB BERG Nutrition Concept
– Fasting guests: your programme begins with Stage 3.2
– Guests of the Sleep, Stress, and Healthy Time-Out programmes: you begin with Stage 4

Individual Coordination Before Arrival
A few days prior to your arrival, we will contact you by phone to confirm your exact arrival time and clarify any intolerances or individual needs.

Until 21:00, you are welcome to enjoy our spa area, the lobby, the tea bar, or the Bleibergstube with board games and magazines.

After that, calm gradually settles over BLEIB BERG. Close the door behind you. Take off your shoes. Arrive. Breathe.
From this moment until morning, the time is entirely yours. Enjoy the stillness of your room. You choose where to place your focus.

We wish you a mindful close to the day and a restful night’s sleep.

BLEIB BERG is a place dedicated to fasting and inner reflection.
For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate guests under the age of 18.

BLEIB BERG F.X. Mayr Retreat is dedicated to your holistic health.
For this reason, we consciously refrain from serving alcohol throughout the house.

BLEIB BERG F.X. Mayr Retreat places great importance on providing an accessible environment for all guests. As an ÖZIV-certified tourism property, the retreat offers step-free access and lifts to ensure that guests with different needs can move comfortably through all public areas of the hotel. From the paved parking area, guests enter a spacious reception area at ground level. Restaurants, tea bar, coffee bar, lifts, and therapy rooms are all accessible without barriers. Automatic glass sliding doors are marked with high-contrast elements to support guests with visual impairments.

A specially designed accessible room is available for guests with limited mobility. It features wide, wheelchair-accessible doorways and a generously designed bathroom with grab rails and a walk-in shower. The double room offers ample space to move freely and comfortably.

Our restaurants and shared spaces are also designed to be barrier-free, allowing all guests to take a seat comfortably and use the facilities without obstacles. A public accessible toilet is located on the lower ground floor, as well as a spa area with barrier-free access.

For excursions or activities outside the hotel, we cooperate with local service providers. We are happy to assist with organising wheelchair-accessible transport or addressing other specific requirements. Information on barrier-free nature experiences and programmes in Carinthia is available on request.

To ensure a harmonious fasting experience for all guests, and out of consideration for others, we kindly ask that no food or beverages brought from outside be consumed during your Day Spa visit.

Durch konsequente Umsetzung der folgenden Maßnahmen leisten wir unseren Beitrag zur Reduktion unseres ökologischen Fußabdruckes und zur Erhaltung unserer Umwelt:

• Energieeffizienz – Wir optimieren unseren Energieverbrauch durch ein modernes Energiemanagementsystem und die Verwendung von energieeffizienten Geräten und Beleuchtungssystemen.
• Ressourcenschonung – Wir reduzieren unseren Wasserverbrauch durch den Einsatz von wassersparenden Technologien. Zudem forcieren wir umweltfreundliche Reinigungs- und Waschmittel und recyclebare Verpackungen und Produkte.
• Müllvermeidung – Müll wird durch eine konsequente Mülltrennung reduziert und fachgerecht entsorgt. Außerdem bevorzugen wir wiederverwendbare Produkte und bitten unsere Gäste, dies ebenfalls zu tun.
• Regionalität – Der Einsatz von regionalen Produkten lokaler Erzeuger:innen ist uns sehr wichtig, wir unterstützen dadurch die regionale Wirtschaft. Wir sind stolze Kooperationspartner regionaler Unternehmen und reduzieren zudem die CO2-Emissionen durch den Verzicht auf lange Transportwege.
• Mitarbeiter:innenzufriedenheit – Die Mitarbeiter:innen sind das Herzstück vom BLEIB BERG, ihre Zufriedenheit . Wir bieten Fortbildungen zum Thema Nachhaltigkeit an, um unser Team für dieses wichtige Thema zu sensibilisieren und zu motivieren. Viele unserer Mitarbeiter:innen stammen aus der Region und haben auch als Quereinsteiger:innen im BLEIB BERG die Möglichkeit, Neues zu erlernen und mitzuwirken.
• Gastkommunikation – Die Zufriedenheit unserer Gäste ist unsere Herzensangelegenheit, unser Anspruch auf hohe Service-Qualität ist somit groß. Wir informieren unsere Gäste über unsere Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie und sensibilisieren sie für das Thema Nachhaltigkeit im Tourismus. Wir bieten auch Möglichkeiten zur aktiven Beteiligung an unseren Nachhaltigkeitsmaßnahmen an.

At BLEIB BERG, health comes first. For this reason, BLEIB BERG is a non-smoking retreat. For guests who smoke, a designated smoking pavilion is available next to the main entrance.

Have you ever considered quitting smoking? Every cigarette not smoked is an investment in your health. If you wish, use your stay as an opportunity for change. We are happy to support you with acupuncture or a personal consultation on smoking cessation with our health psychologist.

Please note that the following cancellation conditions apply:

– Up to 10 days before arrival: free cancellation
– 10 days to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged
– 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 90% of the total price will be charged
– Cancellation on the day of arrival: 100% of the total price will be charged
